Orin ‘cut his teeth’ as a busser, waiter, captain, then tableside flambe artist at the renowned Harrah’s Lake Tahoe Casino Summit Restaurant from 1982 - 1987. From there, he completed the Spectrum Foods Manager

in Training program in San Francisco, covering all aspects of FOH & BOH operations at MacArthur Park

and Spuntino restaurants. In 1989, Orin went on to run Capistrano’s Restaurants & Catering inside the

Embassy Suites LAX, growing Capistrano’s from one to five properties in Southern California & Texas.

In 1994, Orin left Capistrano’s to form his own ‘At-Your-Service Hospitality, Inc.’, gaining contracts

at the Shilo Hilltop Suites in Pomona, CA and the Marriott Residence Inn in Oxnard, CA.

2004 saw the addition of the Anaheim Hills Golf Course Clubhouse contract with the City of Anaheim.

Fast forward 18 years of invaluable experience, Orin founded Abrams Consulting Services,

an organization through which he is proud and enthusiastic

about sharing his wealth of knowledge & experience with others.
